The 34th edition of Italian soccer’s Super Cup will be held on Wednesday between Juventus and Inter Milan. Juventus earned its spot in the 2022 Supercoppa Italiana by winning the 2020-21 Coppa Italia, while Inter Milan is participating thanks to winning last season’s Serie A. The two clubs have combined for 14 Supercoppa Italiana championships, but this will be just the second meeting between them in this event, with the first taking place in 2005.
