South Australia’s COVID vaccination rollout among children is under review as uptake remains slow.
Last week 597 children aged five to 11 received their first vaccine last week – down from 21,000 in the last week of January.
Almost 58 percent of the state’s eligible children have received one dose while 23 percent are double jabbed.
Officials are working on making it easier for families to get vaccinated and are drafting a new campaign to increase uptake.
