Knicks Get Warriors’ Jordan Poole In Trade Scenario

Remember when the New York Knicks traded for Donovan Mitchell during the NBA offseason? Of course you don’t. It never happened.

At the same time, it felt so certain this summer that in the minds of many, it was a foregone conclusion. 

It was not. Somewhere along the line, negotiations between the Knicks and the Utah Jazz broke down. Now, Mitchell is thriving on the Cleveland Cavaliers. 

It still feels like the Knicks are likely to trade for a star at some point. If it’s a star scoring guard, that wouldn’t be a shock, either. 

While he may not be a superstar, Jordan Poole would be an intriguing option for the Knicks to acquire from the Golden State Warriors
