Shorter quarantine for COVID contacts

[ad_1]

States and territories have agreed to move towards the removal of quarantine arrangements for fully vaccinated close contacts as the nation transitions to living with COVID-19.

Under the plan jurisdictions could decide that fully vaccinated close contacts do not need to quarantine or might only have to isolate for up to seven days.

The proposal was tabled at National Cabinet’s first meeting in over a month.
