Strictly Come Dancing viewers all have the same complaint after tonight’s result show which saw Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty and pro partner Katya Jones crash out of the competition at the halfway point.
The pair found themselves dancing their Jive again in the dance off against Tilly Ramsay and Nikita Kuzmin, whose Tango won over the judging panel.
Some super fans of the show have blasted the result – arguing that one contestant, BBC journalist Dan Walker, should have been in the bottom two as he is ‘not as strong as some of the other couples’.

@Iouissorbet fumed: “WHO IS VOTING FOR DAN?!!!! HE DOESNT EVEN DANCE HE JUST MOVES.”
@suzy_woozzy added: “Can’t believe Adam’s out and Dan is still in.”
@RyanGTweetsTV said: “In my opinion, Adam was treated unfairly on this show. The hard routines every week. Press scrutiny. Bashing of relationship with his girlfriend. Adam was hot favourite to be a semi finalist and it annoys me that he left the show before Dan has.”
@NathanJ6991 added: “Dan Walker sitting at home watching the Results show knowing he’s stole another week #Strictly.”
@StarrOutlook said: “Even his partner can’t believe Dan is through.”

Following the dreaded dance off, judge Craig Revel-Horwood said: “I wouldn’t put these couples in the bottom. I’m finding it really difficult tonight but for the reason of a better dancer and a better dance off, I’m going to save Nikita and of course TIlly.
Motsi Mabuse added: “I mean it has been a tough competition all the couples have danced really really welll. Music is key and the couple for me that was more sound to the music is going to be Tilly and Nikita.”
Anton Du Beke said: “This was a great dance off and I’m delighted for both couples for performing that well in the dance off. I found it so equal I was desperate for something to happen to make me choose. “
Head judge Shirley Ballas did not need to cast the deciding vote as there was already a majority verdict.
“I have absolutely loved every single second and I’ve never had a challenge like this. This is a whole new ball game. It’s a great experience,” the swimmer said.
Breaking down in tears, his pro partner Katya Jones added: “I was not ready to be in this dance off today.”
