Footage shows an SUV veering into multiple cars in a supermarket car park in Turramurra, on the city’s upper north shore.
The driver, a 62-year-old woman, was found and arrested in a nearby toilet, police say.
She allegedly gave a positive breath test.
Secondary testing at Hornsby Police Station returned an alleged reading of 0.268, according to officers.
She was issued a court attendance notice for the offences of high-range PCA and negligent driving. Her licence was also suspended.
She will appear before court at a later date.
