Orlando Pirates will be looking for a stronger showing when they travel to face AmaZulu in the Betway Premiership this week.
The fixture marks the Buccaneers’ first trip outside Soweto this campaign and the first of back-to-back away games this week.
They will face an AmaZulu side playing the second of three consecutive home matches, with league football now their immediate priority following an early cup exit.
The match also marks the return of Betway Premiership action to King’s Park, with the two sides meeting at the historic venue for the first time in more than five years.

Pirates have also strengthened their attacking options with the recent arrival of Norwegian striker Sebastian Pedersen, who could make his debut against Usuthu.
With Evidence Makgopa sidelined for several months, Pirates are currently left with Yanela Mbuthuma and Boitumelo Radiopane as their recognised strikers. Pedersen could therefore be handed an opportunity to lead the line and showcase what he can offer.
A victory would move the Buccaneers to the top of the table, provided they better their rivals’ goal difference.
In recent years, Orlando Pirates have had the better of AmaZulu and unbeaten in 11 against against Arthur Zwane’s side. An attacking team might be too much for Usuthu to handle but with captain Nkosinathi Sibisi missing, the home team might fancy their chances.
