Bengaluru, July 9. Quiz competitions help in learning about specific subjects, improve language skills, develop critical thinking, analytical problem-solving and communication skills. It also helps in building confidence and learn to think outside the box; and is a tool which is also used as a brief assessment to measure the progress of learners in their knowledge, skills and capabilities. On these aspects, a Quiz Competition was organized at Head Quarter Training Command in two categories i.e. for air warriors and the wards of air warriors.
15 teams each of air warriors and wards of air warriors, representing various Air Force Stations of Training Command participated in the respective category. Air Vice Marshal Renuka Kunte, Principal Medical Officer, HQ Training Command graced the occasion and gave away prizes to the winners.
The Quiz competition was hosted by Quiz Master Mr Gautam Bose. Air warriors team from Air Force Technical College won the quiz and students’ team from Air Force Station Hakimpet was the winner. Air Warriors and students participated in the event with full fervour and enthusiasm.
