For 15 years, the Single Parent Style Show luncheon has raised thousands of dollars for scholarships. This spring, the beloved annual fundraiser is evolving into an unforgettable evening of 1920s glamour.
Nonprofit Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund is thrilled to present The Gatsby, a dazzling new fundraiser set for Thursday, April 24, from 6-9 p.m. at Vapors Live, 315 Park Avenue, Hot Springs.
Local volunteers Stephanie Beakey, Dawn Cattaneo, Helen Bumpas, Sally Pierce, Terri Marshall McKissack, and Mari Simmons have transformed the annual luncheon into an elevated gala. This new event will excite couples in Hot Springs who want to invest in their community while enjoying local entertainment and valuable local art.
The Gatsby promises an evening of vintage elegance, complete with live entertainment, a live auction, exquisite drinks, and delicious hors d’oeuvres. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their finest flapper dresses and sharpest pinstripes, embracing the Roaring Twenties for a night of fun and philanthropy.
ASPSF will honor Don Munro at the inaugural event, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the community and unwavering support for education and opportunity.
“This event is more than just a night of celebration — it’s an opportunity to invest in single parent success,” said Brianna Otero, program manager for Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund. “Every ticket purchased and every dollar raised funds scholarships and support services for single parents in Garland County, helping them build brighter futures for their families.”
Tickets for The Gatsby are $75 per person, with proceeds benefiting single parents striving for success through higher education. Purchase tickets online at aspsf.org/gatsby or mail a check to PO Box 20116, Hot Springs National Park, AR, 71903.
