The Venice Casino shone all night long. The splendid halls of Ca’ Vendramin Calergi staged The Ball of Light, organized by Vanity Fair in collaboration with Giorgio Armani, to celebrate the return of cinema after the pandemic.
On the evening of September 3 in the heart of Venice, a select group of international actors, directors, and artists were invited to a sparkling dance party. Guests included Julianne Moore, Isabelle Huppert, Irina Shayk, Patricia Clarkson, Simone Ashley, Trace Lysette, Nicholas Houl, Barbara Palvin, Jaime Lorente, Regé-Jean Page, Luca Argentero, Cristina Marino, Annalisa, Drusilla, Federica Pellegrini, Matteo Giunta, Matilde Gioli, Greta Ferro, Alice Pagani, Anna Foglietta, and Elodie.
The evening opened with a DJ set by Graziano Della Nebbia while a performance by Peggy Gou took place at midnight. Korean artist, producer and deejay, undisputed queen of international clubs, Gou came to the Lagoon exclusively for the event with a show designed for the Ball of Light.
After a two-year pandemic pause, the Vanity Fair Ball in Venice was back and more glamorous than ever, thanks to the collaboration with Giorgio Armani, which shares the same passion for the art of cinema with Vanity Fair.
