Canadiens defenceman Jayden Struble will not play on Saturday against the Devils, the team announced.
Struble, 22, in his first NHL season, was injured against the Penguins on Thursday and was listed by the club as day-to-day with a lower-body injury.
The rookie from Cumberland, R.I., has three goals and four assists in 39 games this season. He was a second-round selection by the club in the 2019 draft.
