A visual ode to the fragile humanity of seeking relief by French photographer Tanguy Troude. Based in Paris, Troude began this project in 2022 dedicated to a state of mind and intent on exploring the intimacies of (re)construction through what and who surrounds us:
“Witnesses to a state of deep, personal sensitivity, the Consolations are therefore embodied by nature, gestures, light, movements… They unfold their knowledge and teachings through our observations, attentions, exchanges and considerations. Our environment in such a context appears as a source of soothing, generous of sensorialities. This project embraces consonances of assembling, deconstructing, escaping, rediscovering oneself… A narrative of a latent, personal process. It is that vulnerable, delicate exchange between humanity and nature this work seeks to capture.”
