Bengaluru, July 10. IIM Bengaluru is excited to host Lakshya 2K24, a premier event dedicated to fostering collaboration between defence officers and industry leaders. This year’s theme, “Diversity & Future of Work,” will bring together CXOs and CHROs from various industries to engage with over 50 transitioning seasoned defence officers. The event will be held on 14th July 2024, from 10 AM to 3 PM, in Room No.01 at IIM Bengaluru.
LAKSHYA 2K24 aims to delve into the evolving landscape of work, the integration of AI across sectors, and the critical role military veterans will play in shaping future organizations. This initiative aligns with IIM Bengaluru’s commitment to nation-building and thought leadership. Military Veterans bring to the table a unique blend of skill set and mindset with focus, ethics and discipline. The Business Management Program for Defence Officers is an executive management course designed by IIMB and sponsored by DGR to equip transitioning military personnel with the skills needed to become global corporate leaders.
