Egypt’s youth sword team

Egypt’s youth sword team won the bronze medal in the U-20 World Cup, held in the Hungarian capital Budapest from January 7 to 8. The Pharaohs beat France in the match to determine third place and the bronze medal, with a score of 45-43.
Egypt’s journey in the World Cup tournament was as follows:
Our national team began its campaign in the tournament by winning the final round against Belgium 45-22.
Egypt beat Bulgaria 45-40 in the quarter-finals, while Egypt lost to Hungary in the World Cup semi-finals.
Ahmed Hisham was also crowned with the bronze medal in the World Cup of Youth Sword to achieve the bronze medal in a new achievement.
The list of Egyptian team for the sword weapon includes the youth of: “Ahmed Hisham, Adham Moataz, Ziad Nofal and Yassin Mohamed Khudair”, and the team is technically led by the technical director of the sword weapon Sherif Al-Bakri, and the mission is accompanied by international referee Amr Khaled
