Orlando Pirates dropped crucial log points when they were held to a draw by Chippa United in Gqeberha on Tuesday evening.
The match at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium finished 1-1.

Bandile Shandu scored the opener in the 24th minute for Orlando Pirates and the Buccaneers went into half-time with the lead.
However, in the 65th minute former Buccaneers midfielder Goodman Mosele scored the equaliser for the home side.
In scoring his goal, Mosele became the first player to have scored for Orlando Pirates against Chippa United and to have found the back of the net for Chippa United against Orlando Pirates.

The draw saw Orlando Pirates move to fourth place in the standings with four points after three matches, while the Chilli Boys rose to 10th spot with three points.

The Buccaneers will next be in action away from home in a first leg CAF Champions League first preliminary round clash against Comoros side Djabal on Saturday, 19 August.
