At a joint meeting with the Cuban Medical Brigade working in Eswatini, the kingdom’s professionals who studied in Cuba approved a declaration that condemns the blockade and supports the Cuban people.
Despite the limitations imposed by the blockade, they said, they appreciate Cuban people’s solidarity and nobility, a nation that shares what it has amid hardships.
During the meeting, the professionals reaffirmed their commitment to keep on working for the lifting of the blockade and the end of US hostilities against the Cuban people and its Revolution.
The meeting was attended by Swazi professionals who studied Medicine, Epidemiology, Physical Education and Sports in Cuba.
Meanwhile, in Lesotho, former students who graduated from Cuban universities recalled how Cuba’s foreign policy has benefited the international community so much, mainly underdeveloped African, Asian, Latin American and some European countries with different university majors.
Some of these majors were Medicine, Sports, Journalism, Agriculture, Veterinarian Medicine, Construction, among others.
