First, it was Bongokuhle Hlongwane moving from Maritzburg United to Minnesota United, followed by Njabulo Blom to St. Louis, Olwethu Makhanya from Stellebosch FC to Philadelphia Union before Cassius Mailula left Mamelodi Sundowns for Toronto FC.

FORMER KAIZER CHIEFS DEFENDER MAKING BIG MONEY ABROAD
Following the public release of player earnings in the American Major Soccer League, the former Chiefs defender, Teenage Hadebe, caught some attention.

According to the data, the 27-year-old Hadebe is on $1,122,900 (R21.7 million) in base salary and $1,288,077 (R24.9 million) in guaranteed compensation per annum at Houston Dynamo.
These figures make his monthly income R2.1 million per month.
