Fulham defender Joe Bryan looks set to join Bristol City on a free transfer.
The left-back has been on loan at French side Nice this season, but he has only featured 10 times during his spell at the Allianz Riviera.
Bristol Live are reporting that the club have beaten off competition from other sides in the Championship and are set to land the 29-year-old five years after he left Ashton Gate.
Bryan, who is out of contract this summer at Craven Cottage, made 117 appearances during his time with Fulham and scored a brace in the Championship play-off final at Wembley to win the club promotion to the Premier League against Brentford in 2020.
It is reported that Bristol City will announce Bryan as a new signing in the coming week.
The former Plymouth and Bath loanee made 230 appearances at Bristol City during his first stint with the club.
