Palace offered Zaha a record £200,000 a week deal to stay at Selhurst Park, but the winger now looks set to bring his spell with the South Londoners to an end.
Galatasaray won the Turkish Super Lig last season and are playing in the Champions League this campaign.
Zaha, who became a free agent at the start of the month, has been linked with moves to Saudi Arabia, Lazio and Fenerbahce in recent weeks. The winger has played more than 450 games for the Eagles and scored 90 goals and picked up 76 assists.
