The National Weather Service declared a state of emergency for Central Clark County, including Las Vegas.
Water entered homes. More than 4,000 people are without electricity. Hundreds of flights have been delayed, several flights had to be canceled.
On the other hand, President Joe Biden visited the town affected by floods in Florida and assessed the damages. Residential areas are underwater.
