‘He’s humiliated, he’s losing’: Putin is ‘totally out of control’

Russian President Vladimir Putin is now “totally out of control”, Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations Co-Chair Stefan Romaniw says.

“He’s humiliated, he’s losing, and, again, he’s trying to blackmail the world,” Mr Romaniw told Sky News Australia.

“What’s he doing? He’s trying to buy time.”
