Roy Hodgson has made four changes to his Crystal Palace starting line-up – with Albert Sambi Lokonga, Chris Richards, Luka Milivojevic and Will Hughes all coming in.
All four are making their first starts under ex-England boss Hodgson.
The Eagles drew 0-0 with Everton on Saturday at Selhurst Park, but are unbeaten in Hodgson’s first four games since returning.
Palace have won back-to-back away games in the Premier League, beating Leeds 5-1 and Southampton 2-0.
Wolves lost 2-1 to relegation rivals Leicester City on the weekend.
Palace: Johnstone, Richards, Andersen, Guehi, Mitchell, Milivojevic, Hughes, Sambi Lokonga, Ayew, Olise, Eze.
Wolves: Sa, Semedo, Dawson, Kilman, Bueno, Nunes, Neves, Lamina, Hwang, Cunha, Costa.
