The new Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick has elaborated on his choice not to include Anthony Davis in his votes for the NBA All-Defensive Team.
Despite Davis’ reputation as one of the league’s premier defenders, Redick opted not to select him.
Davis, who plays for the Lakers, finished fourth in the voting for the Defensive Player of the Year award but secured a spot on the NBA All-Defensive First Team.
