1. McDonald Mariga
Mariga comes from an influential sporting family, and the footballer’s apex was winning the Uefa Champions League with Inter Milan.

At the height of his career at Inter Mariga earned about KSh 145 million a year.
He enjoys a fancy lifestyle, including a collection of exotic vehicles and unsuccessfully vied for the Kibra MP seat under a Jubilee Party ticket.

2. Victor Wanyama
Mariga’s brother plied his trade in the UK for Tottenham Hotspurs before moving to Canada.

3. Samuel Abisai
The doting father of three became a celebrity after winning a cool KSh 221 million SportPesa jackpot.
Abisai prudently spends his money and owns an impressive home and luxury cars.

4. Peter Salasya
The fortunes of the young man from Mumias East constituency changed after winning the election.
Salasya, known for his bubbly nature, is still single and searching for a wife.

5. Ferdinand Omanyala

The lean, soft-spoken politician gained national fame as the legislator for Budalangi.
He then served under Uhuru Kenyatta as a chief administrative secretary before landing his current job as the sports cabinet secretary.
Namwamba owns numerous luxurious homes in Karen, Nairobi and Budalangi and said he was worth KSh 425 million.
7. Bien Baraza
The Sauri Sol singer is proud of his Luhya heritage and often drops his mother tongue in songs.
Bien’s musical prowess has seen him travel the world and even perform for Barack Obama.
Bien is married to Nigerian Chiki, owns a huge mansion, and drives a Porsche Cayenne.
