Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena says his team is working on new ways to approach games this season.
This comes after the Brazilians trashed Golden Arrows 4-0 on Tuesday evening.

“The consistent trend now is that we give zero chances to the opposition, we limit to maybe 1 on average from the past 4 games and if they score [like with] Sekhukhune it was a free kick and a mistake that we shouldn’t have made,” Mokwena said.
“Against Chiefs the goal we conceded was a mistake, in fact there’s five errors before that goal came, which we have analyzed and that was their only chance. Against Swallows, no chances, really, really limited crosses and no shots.”

Mokwena wants to give oppositions zero chances
Sundowns have so far won all three of their league matches so far this season and are favourites to win the DStv Premiership.

Despite winning all their games, Mokwena’s charges failed to convert their chances in their first two league games against Sekhukhune United and Kaizer Chiefs.
Rulani not concerned about lack of strikers

“We just just use the energy whether positive or negative to just galvanize us and push us to the next level, in relation to the strikers if we can get Thapelo [Morena] back quickly and if we can get [Abubeker] Nasir back also very quickly, I think we we are in a decent situation, of course we have to look and see whether or not we will go into the market and so that’s that’s a space for the sporting director and the club,” Mokwena said.
