Nawazuddin Siddiqui is currently gearing up to portray the role of Assamese judge Upendra Nath Rajkhowa in an upcoming biopic. The project has been confirmed by his brother Faizuddin Siddiqui.
It will explore the chilling events that led to Rajkhowa’s arrest and execution for the murder of his own family. Faizuddin Siddiqui noted that his story intrigued him, which led him to producing it. He asked his brother Nawazuddin Siddiqui to come on board to play the main character. “We all already know the versatility and range of Nawaz and I am delighted to announce this project with my brother,” he added.
Other details about the movie have been kept under the wraps. Its shooting schedule or release date have also not been announced yet.
