Located on 2.15 hectares in Palmwoods, the property is being sold sight unseen by the Public Trustee, with the sale including “any and all chattels on the land”.

Listing photos show those chattels, or personal items left on the property, include furniture, a mini trampoline, rubbish and random items, and what appears to be a wine bottle wall.
“Lots of lush forest will be yours with this incredibly unique property,” the listing says, with the pictures showing nature overtaking the two-bedroom abode.
And it is easy to see why its being compared to Jurassic Park’s The Lost World, with aerial photos showing just how hidden by bushland the property has become.
It is being sold in an as is, where is condition.
Just minutes from the main Palmwoods township, which includes lots of local cafes, shops, a bowls club, child care centre, Palmwood station, Palmwood State School and plenty of natural parks, it is also under 10 minutes away from the Nambour CBD.
The property will go under the hammer onsite on September 16.
The median house price in Palmwoods is $815,000, according to the latest REA Market Trends report.
