The rule of law in South Africa is on life support because of state capture, National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) Shamila Batohi told business leaders on Thursday.
Batohi addressed an event on anti-corruption enforcement in South Africa in Umhlanga, Durban, on Thursday.
