PADUCAH — The National Weather Service Office Paducah damage survey team’s preliminary rating shows that an EF-3 tornado touched down in northern Johnson County, Illinois, in the Lake of Egypt area, the NWS reported Monday. Peak winds were 140 miles per hour.
