New York: New York Police Department’s Muslim Officers’ Society organized a Family Cruise Night to celebrate the joys of Eid-ul-Adha.
Members of the Muslim community including womena and children participated in large number in the Family Cruise Night organized by the New York Police Department’s Muslim Officers Society and the Muslim Community Center.
In the cruise, the joys of children and the fun-filled activities performed by adults created a unique atmosphere.
Ice-cream was also served to the event participants.
On this occasion, President of Muslim Officers Society Adeel Rana said that Eid Cruise was organized for the community with the participation of Muslim Community Center.
He said the event was attended by more people than our expectations. Keeping this in mind, large-scale arrangements will be made for the next year event.
Nauman, a member of the Muslim Officers Society on the cruise, said, “I want to thank the Muslim Officers Society of the New York Police Department for organizing such a great cruise event for its members and their families to celebrate Eid.”
I would especially like to thank President Adeel Rana, under whose patronage events for the community are organized every year.
Members of the Muslim communities on the Eid cruise also took pictures of New York’s famous skyscrapers.
The participants in the Cruise said that this program is the best of its kind. For which we thank the organizers. Every year there are programs for the community, but there should be more such programs in the future.
Food was also arranged for the participants of the Eid cruise
A congregational prayer was offered by the Muslim community on the cruise.
Finally, prizes were distributed among winners among the Muslim communities by the organizers through a lucky draw.
