Springbok flyhalf Handre Pollard.
PARIS. – Saturday’s Rugby World Cup semi-final against England doesn’t just mark a nearly completed circle for Springbok flyhalf Handre Pollard, but what he termed to be “an interesting four years” for him.
Pollard, along with Manie Libbok, is expected to be part of the match-day 23 that Springbok coach Jacques Nienaber will name at 09:00 on Thursday morning in Domont.
The Springbok flyhalf, who is playing in his third Rugby World Cup, has featured in exactly half of the Boks’ 38 Tests since 2021, with 2020 lost in its entirety to Covid-19.
