Pawn Stars’ Rick Harrison is preparing to say his vows for the fifth time after popping the question to Angie Polushkin, and a source exclusively tells In Touch he’s 100 percent certain this time his marriage will finally stick despite the failure of the previous four.
“Rick says Angie is the love of his life, he says he feels they were made for each other,” the insider says. “They have so much fun together wherever they go, they’re on the same page when it comes to everything. He says he’s never met anyone that compliments him and his life so perfectly.”
The reality star, 59, has been married — and divorced — four times before. He shared two sons, Corey and Adam, with his first wife Kim, and another son, Jake, with his second wife, Tracy. He married his third wife, Deanna Burditt, also a two-time divorcee who brought three step-daughters into Rick’s life, in 2013, but they divorced in 2020. Rick then rushed into his fourth marriage with Amanda Palmer in 2021, though they divorced shortly after in 2023.
However, the source insists fifth time’s a charm with nurse Angie, 42, after they revealed their engagement on March 6. “She said yes!” He wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of him on one knee while the two enjoyed a South American vacation.
“We toured a beautiful winery in Chile and Rick got down on one knee,” Angie announced. According to TMZ, Rick proposed with one of his most prized rings from his Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas — a “breathtaking” 6.5-carat pear shaped diamond.
In addition to the easy going nature of their relationship, Angie has been supportive of Rick after he lost his 39-year-old son, Adam, to a drug overdose in January 2024.
“She’s been a total rock through such a hard period in his life,” the insider adds. “Losing his son Adam could have destroyed him, but Angie kept him strong.”
“He says her love and support has given him the strength to go on at times when he was at rock bottom with grief.”
The engagement also has the support of Rick’s step-daughters from his third marriage: Sarina, Ciana, and Marissa. In fact, they were the reason behind his ostentatious proposal. According to a report, Rick first proposed in their living room, which was derided by his daughters as “the most unromantic proposal ever,” requiring a redo. With the scenic and romantic proposal in Chile, all is settled as far as Rick’s daughters go.
With everything the couple has gone through together, the source notes Rick “knows she’s the woman for him and wants to spend the rest of his life with her.”
“Most people in his life are very supportive of this relationship and engagement, his daughters included, but of course the cynical folks point out they’ve only been together a year and the fact that she’s 18 years younger than him. But Rick doesn’t care, he’s going full steam ahead and very excited to marry his dream woman.”
