SUMMARY: The border conflict between Armenia/Azerbaijan once again went hot, with an exchange of fire between the two countries. In France, the city of Marseille will have public transport interrupted due to a transport workers strike. Canada’s province of Nova Scotia braces for Hurricane Fiona’s arrival. Violent protests in Iran continue, with as many as 26 reported killed. A shutdown strike as been called for the Indian state of Kerala, by the Popular Front of India. Russia continues to see males between the ages of 18-65 voting with their feet and fleeing the country due to the mobilization of citizen for the military.

Canada – Hurricane Fiona is located 200 miles west of Bermuda as of 0200 EDT and heading toward Nova Scotia with an arrival early Saturday (24 September).
Iran – Nationwide protests continue following the death last week of Mahsa Anni who died in police custody (morality police). At least 26 have been killed during these protests.
India – The Popular Front of India is attempting to shutdown the State of Kerala by announcing a “shutdown strike” for today.
Russia – Nationwide protests in opposition to the “limited mobilization” underway to shore up Russia’s military personnel numbers, 1300 reports arrested. Border crossings into Finland and Georgia experiencing miles long backups, air travel out of Russia to countries which are accepting Russian planes are sold out and flying with passengers consisting of predominately males between the ages of 18-65.
Canada – Hurricane Fiona is on track to make landfall in Nova Scotia early Saturday.
