Two of the men arrested for the mass shooting of four people in Soshanguve on New Year’s Day accused the police of assault.
To this end, on Friday, the Soshanguve Magistrate’s Court was asked to take note of the multiple visible injuries on one of the men.
George Nyathi, who was hospitalised following his arrest, appeared in court on Friday, along with his co-accused, Sizwe Msibi, Tshepo Mosemeni and Sipho Kgomo.
