Former prime minister Scott Morrison says he “really feels” for King Charles III following the passing of his mother Queen Elizabeth II.
“Here he is stepping into this great moment of history in his own life and in the world’s history,” he told Sky News Australia.
“He’s dealing with the grieving process of his ‘mummy’ and that must be very hard for him.”
“I think as a country we should be sparing a thought and prayer for King Charles III.”
