The famous theme park is waiting to welcome you back for 2022 and wants visitors to know that advance bookings are no longer required.
The day and time reservations necessitated by pandemic protocols are gone for the upcoming season.
There are other changes. Masks will be optional.
All mask mandates will be gone as of April 27, three days before the park opens on April 30. People who wish to wear masks, however, are welcome to do so.
Proof of vaccination is no longer required. There are no health checks at points of entry. Hand sanitation stations, however, will still be located throughout the park.
The park offers several important reminders on its website, including the information that the park is now cashless — only contactless payment such as credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay are accepted.
And the park requests that anyone experiencing COVID symptoms put off their visit.
“Please take a moment to self-assess for any potential COVID-19 symptoms. Please reschedule your visit for another day if you or anyone in your group has been exposed to or experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 10 days,” a news release said.
They also suggest that at least one person in every group download the Canada’s Wonderland app and enable “location services” for help in navigating the park.
