Gurugram: At KIIT World School, Sohna Road, teachers’ Day was enthusiastically celebrated by all the students and teachers. On this special occasion, the students enthralled the teachers and guests with cultural performances. The students’ recitation of Thank you Song made teachers highly emotional.
To express their love, respect, gratitude, and awareness of the teachers’ dedication to their development, students put on an exhilarating cultural performance. Poems, singing, dance, and theatre were all featured in the cultural production. By setting up enjoyable activities and doing teacher’s mimicry, they also kept the teachers amused.
Students stated that teachers are essential in helping students become responsible citizens and admirable people. They are the foundation of students’ futures, and nothing is valuable enough to thank them for their dedication and unselfish work. The programme was praised and enjoyed by all teachers.
Neelima Kamrah, Principal of KIIT World School, gave an in-depth introduction to the students on the life of former President and educationist Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
