Fans of the Teen Mom franchise have seen their fair share of love interests come in and out of the ladies’ lives since the series debuted on MTV in December 2009. Of all the young moms, only four of the current cast members are still in a relationship with their children’s fathers – Teen Mom OG’s Catelynn Baltierra (née Lowell) and Mackenzie Mckee (née Douthit), plus two moms from Teen Mom 2 who were originally cast for Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant, Jade Cline and Ashley Jones.
After making their debut on season 1 of MTV’s 16 & Pregnant in July 2009, Catelynn married Tyler Baltierra in August 2015. The Michigan natives have gone on to welcome three more daughters since the birth of their first child, Carly, whom they placed for adoption as teenage parents.
Despite having to kiss a few frogs along the way, some of the moms have managed to find their Prince Charming. After a long and tumultuous relationship with her eldest daughter’s father, Adam Lind, Chelsea Houska finally found her perfect match in Cole DeBoer after meeting at a gas station. The South Dakota natives wed in October 2016, before welcoming three more children together and building their dream home. Though they have since left the franchise, the DeBoer family is set to return to reality TV after landing their own home renovation show on HGTV called Farmhouse Fabulous.
Like Chelsea, mother of three Maci Bookout found her dream guy, Taylor McKinney, after calling it quits with high school sweetheart and father of her eldest son, Ryan Edwards. In addition to Bentley, Maci shares daughter Jayde and son Maverick with her husband.
Not every teen mom has been so lucky in love, however. Whether it’s Jenelle Evans‘ dramatic relationships with ex-husband Courtland Rogers and ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith, or Kailyn Lowry’s complicated love life, from splitting with her eldest son’s father, Jo Rivera, to her messy divorce with ex-husband Javi Marroquin, to her back-and-forths with ex Chris Lopez, these girls are hard to keep up with.
