The Liberal Party has revealed the final nine NSW-based federal candidates ahead of the upcoming election – with the lineup consisting of mostly women.
Included in the list is outspoken biological sex campaigner and lawyer Katherine Deves will run against independent Zali Steggall in Warringah.
Businesswoman Maria Kovacic has been endorsed for Parramatta, nurse Katrina Wark will stand in Newcastle, while lawyer Jenny Ware has been selected as the Liberal party candidate for Hughes.
