The St. Regis Cairo, a symbol of luxury and elegance, together with Qatari Diar Egypt, hosted an exquisite Midnight Supper set against the majestic backdrop of the Great Pyramids of Giza. The iconic celebration is a cherished signature of St. Regis, born from the brand’s founding family ‘The Astors’ love of hosting legendary social events. The evening saw 400 guests embark on an unforgettable gastronomic experience curated by The St. Regis Cairo’s talented team of chefs.
The St. Regis Cairo’s General Manager, Magdy Anis, Sheikh Hamad Bin Talal Al-Thani: Chief Development and Project Delivery Officer, Asia & Africa, at Qatari Diar; Satya Anand, President, Marriott International Europe, Middle East and Africa; Tina Edmundson, President of Luxury, Marriott International; and Sandeep Walia, Chief Operating Officer, Marriott International, Middle East welcomed Cairo’s luminaries, celebrities, businessmen, influential figures and VIP guests.

The event began with a lavish cocktail reception showcasing St. Regis rituals including Champagne Sabering and The St. Regis Cairo’s signature Bloody Mary ‘The Hibiscus Mary’, a refined local twist on the signature cocktail prepared with hibiscus flower, complimented by bitter mint and garnished with fresh hibiscus to honour Egyptian culture. The event showcased the artistry, precision, and passion that are synonymous with The St. Regis Cairo, and included a six-course sensory menu meticulously crafted to delight the palates of the most discerning guests and was complimented by the impeccable service provided by hotel’s butlers. Elegant décor adorned the captivating space, while live jazz music accompanied the evening.
During the elegant evening Qatari Diar Egypt unveiled The Residences at The St. Regis Cairo.
