According to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, the Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat remain the most significant candidates to acquire the Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant who told team owner “he does not have faith in the Nets’ direction.”
Durant still has a 4-year $192.4 million contract, which runs after the 2025-26 season. Last season, the 33-year-old averaged 29.9 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 6.4 assists in 55 regular-season games.
