Cordia Pugh is founder of Hermitage Street Community Garden and Veterans Garden. In Englewood’s gardens and others across the city, participants learn gardening skills and supply fresh vegetables to veterans, seniors and families in need. They master sustainable clean living while fighting against turmoil of heatwave incidents.
