Concerns are ‘grow-going’ about the NACC bill

Sky News host Peta Credlin says “concerns are grow-going” as legal experts review the National Anti-Corruption Commission bill – with questions around the use of warrants and protection of Australians.

Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus said the independent commission can determine whether it wishes to “conduct some telecommunications surveillance” or “execute a search warrant on private premises” based on the legislation at the National Press Club on Wednesday.
