It’s been a tough start to the 2022-23 NBA season for the Chicago Bulls and the LA Clippers haven’t necessarily had it great either.
Imagine this. You’ve been traveling through a tunnel for a long time. There is no light in sight. You’re tempted to turn back, but you know that way is long – that light could be around the corner. Do you turn around?
Some NBA teams are asking themselves the same question. By now, we’re deep enough into the season that underperforming teams ought to be concerned. Yet, we’re not so deep in that they’re hopeless, either.
For example, the Los Angeles Clippers have been disappointing, but if Kawhi Leonard can get back to full strength, they still have hope.
On the other hand, the Chicago Bulls have regressed after what was already an underwhelming 2021-22. They may be hopeless.
If the front office feels the same way, this team could make major changes this season. Here’s one that has them sending DeMar DeRozan to the Clippers.
