In February of the previous year, Blaqbonez introduced his girlfriend, Gbemi Daniel, to the public through his social media platforms.

In a heartfelt gesture, Blaqbonez shared a romantic video compilation featuring himself and Gbemi, along with a caption that emphasized the beauty of love when one finds the right person.
He also acknowledged Gbemi’s support during a difficult time, specifically when he lost his brother.
Although to him, he had witnessed instances of true love in states such as Nasarawa and Adamawa, with a sprinkle of it in Akwa Ibom state.
He said, “I have seen true love in other states. You know, like Nasarawa, Yola [Adamawa]… I think I have seen a little bit in Akwa Ibom, but I have never witnessed it in Lagos.”
However, he firmly maintained that he has never come across true love in Lagos.
Overall, Blaqbonez’s views on the existence of true love in Lagos State have sparked a conversation, highlighting his experiences of love in other regions of Nigeria.
