This year’s News24 Short-Term Insurer of the Year award went to OUTsurance.
The group is the only company in South Africa that has won this award twice.

It received very high ratings from its clients in our survey of more than 4 100 readers – especially when it came to service levels. It also scored well in our own team’s assessment of its products and how easy it was to understand its cover and claims processes.
The company was also commended for its contribution to South Africa, as well as for its innovation and strategy execution of strategy.
“It’s a great privilege to accept this award,” said CEO of OUTsurance Danie Matthee, who added: “The people in this room – the business leaders in this room – are the people who make a difference and, every day, give us hope to take the next step forward.”
The award was presented at a gala event in Cape Town on Thursday evening.
