Lean Greens is a super greens powder that’s really popular among gym bunnies and folks who care a lot about their health. Lean Greens powder also contains maltodextrin to make a better-tasting drink but I’ve heard that some people don’t tolerate this ingredient well, especially those with IBS, but it hasn’t been a problem for me at all. I suspect it contains very little maltodextrin, so it’s likely fine for most people.
Overall, it’s got a seriously impressive list of ingredients. Each serving (3 teaspoons) only has 55 kcal and 2.5g of sugar (that’s all natural). And it even has a bit of fibre—0.5g per serving.
