Police were called to a home on Berkeley Crescent in Floreat around 4.30pm (6.30pm AEST) after reports of gunfire.
Upon arriving at the scene, police confirmed two people had died.
A third person was transported to Royal Perth Hospital in a critical condition.
Several police cars and ambulances were seen in the street where the alleged shooting took place.
Police said the incident was “contained” and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
