Penrith back-rower Liam Martin won’t return to the field after injuring his left ankle, Nine’s Danika Mason reports.
Mason says he’s suffered a suspected syndesmosis injury.
Martin joins fullback Dylan Edwards (sternum), winger Taylan May (shoulder) and five-eighth Jarome Luai (knee) on Penrith’s injury list.
The Panthers also have two key players suspended in halfback Nathan Cleary and prop James Fisher-Harris.
