Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers are parting ways after six years of marriage.

Phypers, 52, filed for divorce from the former Bond girl and ex-The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star on Monday, listing July 4 as the date of their separation and citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, according to court documents obtained by People magazine.

Richards has three daughters — Sami, 21, and Lola, 20, whom she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and Eloise, whom she adopted in 2011 as a single mother.
Phypers was in the process of adopting the 13-year-old, though it is unclear if the adoption was made legal before the divorce filing.
The businessman, who founded a holistic healing centre in Malibu, Calif., requested to confirm as separate a list of assets including power tools, a motorcycle and a sports car.

Phypers is also seeking spousal support from the 54-year-old, who makes more than $250,000 a month from her OnlyFans career, her reality TV show and brand deals, he claimed in the court documents.
He alleged in the filing that he has had no income over the last 12 months after closing his business.
Phypers also noted that the couple spends about $105,000 per month, estimating $20,000 is spent on clothes, $18,000 on rent, $10,000 on groceries, $8,000 on utilities, $15,000 on eating out and $15,000 on entertainment.

Richards said in a March episode of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things that her husband helped curate the racy content for her OnlyFans page.
“I will say that I’m in the top 1% of creators on OnlyFans, so I am very grateful,” she said, according to People.
“It’s very empowering, especially for someone my age, that people still want to see me that way.”

Richards described Phypers as “so supportive” of her OnlyFans gig.
“He knows what men love and he’ll go through all the photos and say, ‘This is good. Do this. This is what guys like.’”
In another episode, the two spoke about not breaking up despite Richards admitting that “it’s not easy being married to me.”
She went on to say, “Yeah, I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f—ing get divorced.”
Phypers responded, “No, we’ll just have different homes or something. But we’re not gonna hate each other.”
